Our sensor payload mounts on any robot, quadruped, AMR, or drone, and captures the building in a single pass: LiDAR geometry, thermal envelope, equipment nameplates, air quality, moisture. No cloud required. Everything is processed on the edge, on-site.

Do I need to buy a robot?
No. The payload mounts on common robot platforms and we offer managed robotics as a service. Most clients start with software only.
Does my building data leave the site?
Capture and inference run on the edge. Nothing streams to the cloud during a scan. You choose what syncs to your portfolio dashboard.
Which buildings does this work for?
